pre-heat oven 425
1 Avocado
sliced in half
remove pit
scooped out some flesh
teaspoon of salsa on each half
cracked an egg in each half
placed avocado flesh on top
sprinkled with paprika
sprinkled with panko
baked to desired consistency
and this is what i got....
i think next time i will use whites only and before dumping everything on cook the egg some
